As you know, the proposal submitted to the OGB was heavily modified by 
the OGB without allowing either me or the other members of the affected 
project to supply feedback.  That still hasn't been rectified.

Please go and reread the mail exchanges.  The OGB should perhaps spend 
more time working for and with the OpenSolaris community and less time 
trying to impose things via edict.
