Which involves telling the OS.o ARC community you now exist
2) develop it
which involves iterating with your audience to ensure
that what you are doing is the best it can be. Remember,
the ARC is part of your audience, as is exposing prototypes
for trial use, usability testing, etc. Bidirectional information
flow is important for ALL stakeholders...
3) go to arc [and ask for /commitment/ to a now-finalized spec], etc.
when they feel it is appropriate
4) integrate
