I'd be more inclined to support that if we could get a commitment to have a
simple web form that people filled out and did all the relevant steps
automatically (setup of the mailing list, website area, bugzilla category,
scm repository, etc.) and weren't using the current model of having to have
someone like EricB do all the work for every idea someone has.
