In the section on suspended members, should the references to "meetings" be changed to "elections"? Also, the section on Expulsion says "The OGB may expel a participant by an affirmative vote of a two-thirds majority of the Members." This wording is confusing about whose votes count. Normally "Members" (as opposed to "OGB Members") is used to mean "Members of the community". But in that case it would be more appropriate to say that the community may expel a participant. And if "Members of the community" is meant, please clarify whether this is an absolute requirement, or if it means 2/3 of the Members who are voting (assuming quorum is reached). thanks, mike -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
