I'm not sure a mega-distro CG will work.  One advantage of a CG is that 
you inherit a governance model by which to organize, however a CG should 
be of singular vision for this to apply.   For instance, will the core 
contribs of this CG vote on major changes to Belenix?  Given the scope 
I'd think not, thus diminishing the need for such a CG.

 If the purpose of the CG is to bring persons of various distributions 
(Nexenta, Belenix, Indiana, etc) together I would think that a committee 
would be a much more fitting forum.  Individual distros fit the CG 
model, but not multiple.
