The section we were discussing changing was 6.9, which lets us act via
e-mail, but only if all 7 of us vote for the action. I think we'd have
done that by now for this proposal except for the fact that one of us
is off on his honeymoon and thus we know we can't get the required 7
votes until he's back (next week I think).
