I've placed the numbered "OGB 2007/00x" series into the 'Files' page on the OGB web site. The pointers there are to the latest versions that I could find in the archives. Please update if you see something amiss.
(As best I can tell, the numbers are being allocated in an ad-hoc manner, and the documents are just email messages. There's no magic numbering tool or permanent repository as there is with the ARC.)
