"Members are given the right to vote on Community-wide decisions .. Core 
Contributors are the Members who are given the right to vote on 
Community-wide decisions."

You can't get much more community-wide than a decision that affects the 
very make-up of the community itself.  The process by which projects may 
be admitted has a direct impact on the members of the community - both 
in terms of the constituency of the community and in terms of the work 
that is carried out by the community.

It therefore seems desirable that OGB/2007/01 is approved by the entire 
community, and that is my request.
