Agreed, and that's the hard part.  As long as the customers are quite
clear that they're talking to the development team that's working on
some future release, and that these people aren't the ones who
ordinarily render what you'd call "support," I think it's great to see
them there.  They can add valuable perspective and requirements that
others participating cannot.

However, when they're saying, "foo doesn't work; is this a known
problem?" or "how do I set up this configuration?" then they need to
be redirected.

In other words, they have to understand that OpenSolaris is not, in
fact, Solaris.  Despite everything that's just been said on this
thread.  :-/
