hey ... Good draft. I can offer some minor word nits later, but the one item of substance I wanted to ask about is the last sentence: "There is no official enforcement of these principles, and this should not be interpreted like a legal document." Although I think these things will certainly be rare, I think the OGB does have an enforcement responsibility outlined in the Constitution and that responsibility will be related to the code of conduct. The details of violations are not specified in the Constitution, but if something comes our way we'll have to deal with it. See 3.4, 3.5, 3.6. The Constitution addresses all of this pretty casually (which I agree with), so I'm not sure we need the last sentence in the code of conduct because it may be seen as a conflict with the Constitution.
