Seems to me that the elected body of the OpenSolaris community, which is quietly growing quite large around the world these days, ought to be meeting at least semi-annually with various Sun VPs and directors. I know it's hard to get the attention of these guys, but I'd respectfully suggest that you keep trying. I think it's important to show that the OpenSolaris community is viable and has a unified voice (unified in that it elected an OGB in the first place).
