Just to clarify, for example, would PSARC be one such committee 
established by the OpenSolaris Architecture Community.  Does PSARC 
operate openly already?

One week seems like rather short notice.
Does this mean that any prior approved ARC cases referencing closed code 
are thus no longer valid?
