If you want a formal response from the OGB, we'll have to discuss it
during our next meeting.  None of us can (or should) provide an answer
on behalf of the OGB.

However, if you want an answer with my OGB hat on, I agree completely
with Keith.  This isn't an OGB issue at all, because it's not a
governance issue.  Instead, it's been suggested multiple times that
the right thing to do would be for _you_ to approach the new advocacy
community and ask your questions (or make your demands) there.

If you'd like a delayed answer, and we're forced to talk about this on
Wednesday, then I'll say the same thing there.

Why does the OGB have to do this at all?  You seem to have the issue
in hand, so why aren't you running with it?

We frankly don't know what "it" is in this case, and thus can't
determine whether it does in fact need to be ratified by anyone,
including the OGB.
