Update: We have merged our 3 lists into advocacy-discuss and archived
the old ones. We are now copying content over and will put the redirects
in as well. Immigrants has the least amount of material, so we'll be
able to actually close that community first. Then Marketing and then UGs
(since they have more content). The UG Community will have to stay open
for a while as we create projects for the existing user groups, but I'll
make all this clear on those pages and will delete outdated material as
we move groups. That will take some time. We are also taking
applications for new user group projects under the new project process,
which is very cool. We'll open Advocacy CG probably early next week,
we'll keep working on it, and I'll send reports to the OGB so everyone's
briefed. We are pretty much on schedule and following a plan.

Thanks,

Jim
