The person with the fiduciary responsibility for Sun's Solaris assets
is the VP of Solaris Engineering, currently Jeff Jackson. Only he or
his designate can authorise changes to their disposition. Right now
he appears to have designated William Franklin to deputise, but for
any significant change I'd still recommend getting his explicit
approval on record, preferably with ink on paper as we did for the
charter and governance.
