It occurs to me that we should probably go through all the pre-Constitution
projects and get them associated with a sponsoring Community Group.
It unfortunately also occurs to me that doing so will result in a utter
shitstorm of hate mail for the OGB accusing us of inventing unnecessary
bureaucracy and trying to destroy all those old projects.
