No one ever contributed the actual text, so it isn't included. I drafted the original question and it was reviewed in our last OGB meeting ten days ago and no text to that effect was ever mentioned until the day before. I asked Jim (who is the person who asked for this--not Simon-- to make edits and submit the ballot yesterday) but he didn't do so. So, it will not be included. Sorry. -Michelle
