Hello, I would like to suggest that it would be good for the project if we released the Community Reports [1] on a quarterly basis. This would keep the whole community, as well as outside parties, aware of things that are happening.
FreeBSD has automated much of the process to make it easier for different projects to report their status [2]. Perhaps it can be used as a reference. They only have a HTML page which is easy to read and doesn't require all the work of creating a slide presentation, etc. I can be a volunteer to help with anything that is required.
