WotC has a standard NDA for employees, contractors, consultants, play
testers, and temps. You can find it at
http://www.wizards.com/rpga/downloads/wotcnond.zip. I don't know for
certain whether or not this is the correct form, but it should be something
similar. Read it and make sure it will work for you. My playtest group
needed to sign this form to receive the unpublished 3e PHB, DMG, and FR
supplement.
