So, in short, while I cannot say "Pick one from column 'a' and one from
column 'b'", I *can* include a full suite of entries for column a and b?

But how do I say, "Create a character as per usual, except, pick two from
column 'b'"?

For example, I am considering a system whereby a character has a 'norm'
class and a 'super' class. He has to pick one of each. Is there any way to
make this clear without violating the D20 license?
