What we're really talking about here is something along the lines of a
web page like what BJ Zanzibarr did for the World of Darkness.
Basically a clearinghouse where people can post OGC that they've worked
on. Plus a message board or list-serve where new postings can be
critiqued and applauded for what we like and don't.
I like the idea. Anyone got a spare Linux box that they want to run a
web page off of?

We've had all types of proposed modules to various parts of the SRD that
can be used. I'm currently working on my Customizable Class System
which is primarily intended for the DM or product developers to create
custom classes that seek to be balanced with the PHB classes.
Right now there isn't alot of modified parts as only a few modules have
been completed, and I have as yet to finish any of the modules I'm
working on.
