Per Clark's comments, yes there will be developmental editing on the
submissions. Keep in mind though that changes aren't always to "fix" bad
writing, it may be that we get 50 spells with the word Black in their spell
name, we might end up sitting there wondering "how much more black could it
be"? So, we might change a name or other features of a Black spell you
submit to balance the book - not because there was anything flawed with your
Black spell submission.
