Hey Guys:

I have myself and (until now, as far as I can remember) so has every other 
potential developer scrupulously and politely AVOIDED using the Foundation's 
lists to recruit writers or discuss specific products (except as they 
pertained to the Licenses).

Because of the essential politeness that the list has maintained up to now I 
have had no problem with the (sometimes HUNDREDS) of posts that clog my 
email box on a daily basis - since they are all list related.

Although we do not have a written policy specifically forbidding RECRUITING 
or ADVERTISING I think it has been a testament to our overall maturity that 
the list has been free of "ads for employment" and endless "product 
development" discussions.

I would hate to see that atmosphere evaporate.
