I will be posting an OGL document that will assist with the character
creation process, and that will include something of the powers (haven't
decided how much yet). That should be on the site sometime this weekend
(figure on Sunday...I have to spend a big chunk of tomorrow standing over a
spincasting machine so I can get the Vampire Hunter$ Miniatures Set out the
door in November...:D).
