Query:
"A minimum of 5% of the text of a Covered Product must be Open Game
Content and must comply with the terms of the Open Gaming License version
1.0."

Is the 5% measured in terms of page count or word count? Or is it
intentionally vague and you really only want us to do the decent thing and
have at least 5% of "content" be OGC?
