That's the first strike. Just say "substitute the races, classes, and feats
in this book." Don't say what to do with them!

>Races:
>Cybernetic I - +4 str 4 wis -2 int
>Cybernetic II - +2 str and con 2 wis, int & cha
>Mutant - +2 to one ability 2 to two abilities, at least one power must
>have

>Enhanced Human - +1 to a physical and a mental
>Human - normal
>Others (Atlantean other alien races) varies

Do humans get their "standard" bonuses? If not, why not?

>New Terms:
>Power: allows you add +2 to any power
>Stunt: +1 to any power, add a stunt to a power, +2 skill points
>General Flaw: negative trait of character (gives one additional power or
>feat or two stunts)
>Power Flaw: negative trait to a power (gain one stunt)

>end file

Looks plausible, although I have *no* idea what those mean.
