Actually it is an automatic re-direct from the sites
(opengamingfoundation.com & .net) to Faustus' FAQ page
(http://www.earth1066.com/D20FAQ.htm).
I think the argument centers around the fact that anyone typing in those
two site names is not looking for Faustus' FAQ on the OGL or D20STL but is
trying to get the Open Gaming Foundation. There is a link to the OGF page
in the introduction of the FAQ.
Personally, I think this is really up to Ryan as to whether it's an issue
to pursue or not. How many people are really going to be accidental
directed to Faustus' site? And how many of them aren't going to
immediately realize that this is not the OGF site or a FAQ supported by
the OGF? Faustus makes it pretty clear in the introduction of the FAQ
what the site is and it's non-official nature as well as providing the
direct link to the OGF page.
