Ick, I hate the term Storyteller.  When a GM uses that title I get the
willies as I expect to be railroaded into what he wants me to do to suit his
story.  Game Master or GM seems the best of the alternatives to me.

I've always been fond of the 'Storyteller' name as it's very descriptive of
the process... but that might be proprietary elsewhere.
