In the Scary Devil Monastery [0] there was a discussion about what sysadmin
make.
Several of them seem to think that $55,000 a year was not likely.
That's what Programmer types in small start up firms make in my part of the
world, which is not know for real high salary ranges.
I know damn good and well that "Basements and Lizards" [1] is never going to
make me a lot of money. I'll be lucky if it makes enough to pay for the web
site it will be living on.
On the other hand, I get to write PHP scripts, play with MySQL, and other wise
be a uber-geek while doing my other hobby, gaming.
