"Product Identity" means product and product line names, logos and identifying marks including trade dress ... names and descriptions of characters ...; and any other trademark or registered trademark clearly identified as Product identity by the owner of the Product Identity.
Depending on the way you choose to read the construction, at least some forms of PI must be clearly identified to be considered PI.

'Course, since the person who wrote the license apparently doesn't know how to use a comma or a semicolon to save her life, who knows what it says? (Several of the clauses probably don't say what the author intended, are ambiguous in what they say, or just plain don't pass basic grammatical muster and thus don't really say anything coherently.)
