Heads up on an important court decision. In Jeff Grosso v. Miramax Film, the the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that there is an implicit contract when a movie company reads an unsolicited script from a writer. I can see this having possible impact in the U.S. on RPG publishers who read unsolicited materials from would-be game designers. The New York Times has a good report at:
