This make the assumption that you don't get a legal type with the idea
that "all computer files are software", like my day job's legal staff.
The context for this some what supprising statement was they had asked for
"all software concering <client/failed project>." When asked what
they meant I got the "in the eyes of the law all computer files are
computer software" thing tossed back at me. Note: I had assumed that we
would be able to do the Doom/Quake thing, however the wording of your
change tended to scare me, given that my own landshark claims that all
computer files are software. I think he needs to put down the crack
pipe and step away from the keyboard, but he _is_ the lawyer in the
company, not me. This does not stop from being wrong, of course.
