OGL doesn't mean 'official', it means 'legal to plagiarize'. The only thing OGL does is make it legal to publish material derived from other people's work. It won't have any impact on the quality of the ideas. People have less-than-stellar ideas all the time (can spellcasters really case spells after their head comes off?). The thing is, if an idea is bad, nobody will use it. Oh sure, a few might, but just like in a brainstorming session, the bad ideas will quickly be cut from any work worth deriving from. -Brad ------------- For more information, please link to www.opengamingfoundation.org
