I would say that Ryan has a point here; officially speaking, the
D20STL has yet to be authorized; and so cannot be legally used.

At this time I recommend that we place a disclaimer on our D20 sites
stating that the material to be found therein is intended to be used
with the D20STL, *when* the D20STL has been authorized by Wizards of
the Coast.

Something like:

"This company was established to produce material under the D20STL
(D20 System Trademark License), which is yet to be approved. When the
license is approved, and this company has agreed to abide by its
terms, the official D20STL logo will appear on this site, as well as
a legal notice affirming this company's compliance with the D20STL.
Until then, anything on this site designated as compliant with the
D20STL should be considered unofficial."
