No, you can't RE-DEFINE restricted terms. "Hit Points" are "Hit Points", or
you're not D20.

Unless you're WotC or get a special license (which ain't bloody likely.)
Acutally, it's a requirement of using the D20STL that your work be "at least
in part derivitive of the D20STL."
