I'd think everyone on this list is well-used to crap coming from 
established companies as well, so I don't think D20 will appreciably 
alter the PERCENTAGE of junk that comes out on the market.  Gaming 
companies are as subject to Sturgeon's Law as everything else.  
Historically, the _best_ gaming stuff seems to come from small gaming 
companies that push quality over sales, and go down the toilet from it.
