I think you're missing the part I've underlined.  If you have the
trademark owner's permission (which you should have with a license - not
sure just how freely available the use of FUDGE is) it's perfectly fine
for you to use that trademark.  So if you want to use someone's trademark
on an OGL product you must get their permission.
