We're talking hypotheticals here. I don't know of any publishers who are
planning to engage in the behavior you described. If any do, though,
they are going to be regarded as leeches by some of us open source
purists. If that stifles their interest in using OGC without offering
any OGC of their own, great! Take a penny, leave a penny. Do unto others
as you would have them do unto you. Don't s--t where you eat.
