It is IF you try to dictate the manner in which the giving is done. As
I stated in an earlier post, giving to the community does NOT have
to be in the form of OGC material. It can be a fantastic module
which introduces no new OGC material, yet increases the numbers
of consumers opting into the OG movement for the first time.
