Why not have an official definition?  :)  Er,
semi-maybe-notonyourlife-official...

Leech (n): Someone who produces a product under an open gaming license,
utilizing existing rules, without releasing any custom rules that they
have created in their product.

If we're going to have a derogatory term, why not make it one that fits
the purpose and intent of the OGL?
