To get on the list, I would email Ryan.  He'll probably send you an NDA
and make you agree before he'll let you on.

Understand, right now, all we have is some excerpts from the PHB and a
little stuff from the DMG.  We don't have Any info on how to use it ;)

These days the list is pretty quiet (though last week it was as busy as
this one).

I'm on all 3 ogf mailing lists (d20, ogf, ogr) and if you want the quiet
list go for the Registry one... Info about the registry doens't even get
posted to it anymore (hi brad!).
