Yes.

Yes and Yes.

The d20 SRD has no character creation rules. If you use the d20 Logo, then
you have to say this. If you don't use the logo, you'll have to write your
own section on character creation.

Yes

Everything in the PHB except rules for character creation and the effects of
experience. Some stuff from the DMG about magic items and Challenge
Ratings. Some monsters. The latter bits are pretty vague at this point.
There will be no examples, no unique names, no setting info, and the
descriptions will be the minimum text necessary to use the rules.
