I think that for the average fan developer, the benefit of the OGL over Wizard's
online policy is the OGL network.
If a small company comes out with some cool rules and setting under the OGL,
then Wizard's policy doesn't apply, but the OGL does. At this point, that is a
very little reason, but I think as the OGL community grows, it will become more
meaningful.
