Faust, I say go ahead with the idea.  It's your work, and the OGC is open 
for you to do it.  Those who want their OGC "hard to get" should take a 
closer look at the ideals of the license, and be more careful in the future.

If no one wants to make a reference document for their work, that's fine--if 
their identification of PI and OGC is so cloudy that it's not possible for 
someone of average intelligence and skill to differentiate the two, I would 
presume to say they messed up anyway.  (and you all know that what I just 
said means nothing, and is about as uninformed opinion as the newbies who 
say the OGL would steal their work, but I said it anyway.  :) )
