It was pointed out to me that the definition of "Use" doesn't actually
cover sitting down and using it to play, just
modifying/distributing/creatng.
While under previous copyright law this really wasn't an issue, things
like the DMCA try to restrict usage as well as the things normally
restricted by copyright (like copying :) ). This may be an issue; I'm
not sure.
