A reply to Faustus' post. I realize this is off-topic, but
since he chose to post publically here I feel the need to answer this.
I did have a copy of a version of his FAQ which was technically
visible on my webserver -- but it was not linked to from any of my main
RPG pages, and I already linked out to Faustus' D20 FAQ site (exactly
the link he suggests) from my "Games and Copyright" pages. Moreover,
he chose to post here publically on the list even though I had already
taken the copy down as soon as I got his private email -- which
threatened legal action within 24 hours, incidentally, without any
prior communication.
