Not at all. We've just allowed it--"Dungeon" is a periodical (right
format, right listing, right sales channel) and has definite "articles."
Note that these hoops are worth jumping through *only* if there is
sufficient demand or need to amend the OGL to allow it... and unless
WotC wants to do so for DRAGON, there isn't.

Which part? The part where you have an editorial saying that article x
is compatible with D&D (which violates the "Advertising" bit of the OGL)
or the part where you have a D&D review to generate sales--which is
exactly legal and ethical in any case.

Web sites, the d20 logo in ads and books by WotC, word of mouth, etc.
Or, someone's review of d20 products? Hmm....
