To the best of my knowledge, nobody ever has.
We asked for permission to use "Pinkerton" in the Doomtown TCG, and were
told "not only no, but HELL NO!" in no uncertain terms. You'll note that
Pinnacle has been using "Pinkerton" a lot less lately, in favor of "the
Agency"....
