We would have to litigate under the theory that "third edition of the worlds
best selling sword & sorcery gaming systsem" constituted a "Trademark".  I
think we'd lose, because none of those words, or the statement as a whole is
has been claimed as a trademark by Wizards.  You could just as easily be
deluded and be publishing a Shadowrun sourcebook.
