Potentially a little or a lot. It's all situation based and I just don't
think (IMHO)WOTC wants to establish themselves as being a legal service to
OGL folks in any capacity. It's also based on who's doing it, Ryan may have
the volunteerism to scan websites and direct people to better OGL usage so
the movement grows correctly (and would no doubt refer horrid offenders to
WOTC legal) but that's Ryan doing it on some amalgam of his time/WOTC time
not WOTC legal taking the time to research and deliver a formal
notice/ruling on a matter.
